Who we are and what this policy covers

AI Friends Tech LLC operates the DIT Labs company website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at [email protected].

This policy covers the DIT Labs company website, including its Railway-hosted version. This website introduces our studio and products. It does not provide user accounts, take payments, or host conversations with AI characters.

Hey bb is a separate product. If you follow a link to it, its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to your use of that product.

Information we process

When you visit

Delivering a web page requires our hosting and network providers to handle technical request information. This may include your IP address, the page or file requested, the time of the request, response and error information, browser or device information sent in request headers, and a referring page when your browser supplies one.

We do not create visitor accounts or personal profiles on this website. Its visual animation runs in your browser and does not send your pointer movements to us.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. The website’s email links open your own email application; there is no contact form collecting messages in the background.

Why we use this information

We use technical information to serve the website, maintain its availability, investigate errors, and protect it against misuse. We use correspondence to answer questions, discuss a collaboration, and keep the records needed to handle your enquiry.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our basis for ordinary website operation, security, and correspondence is our legitimate interest in running a reliable company website and responding to people who contact us. If an enquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, we may also process the relevant information to take steps at your request before that contract. We may retain or disclose information when required by a legal obligation.

We do not use information from this website for behavioural advertising, sell it, or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects using automated profiling.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

The website’s own code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. It does not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or device-fingerprinting tools. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website rather than embedded from advertising or social-media services.

Your browser may cache files to load the website more efficiently. Our infrastructure processes the technical information needed to deliver and secure requests. These functions do not create an advertising profile in our website code.

There are currently no optional tracking cookies to accept or reject on this company website. Other websites you visit through our links have their own cookie practices.

Who may receive information

We use service providers to operate the website and receive email. These include Railway for hosting and network delivery, and the email services used to handle our correspondence. Relevant information may be accessible to people working for us who need it to respond to your enquiry, operate the website, or deal with a legal matter.

We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where needed to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or address fraud or security incidents. We do not publish your enquiries as testimonials.

For information about Railway’s own processing, see its Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need more detail about the providers involved in a particular request.

International processing

The website is hosted on Railway infrastructure in the United States. Hosting and email delivery may involve processing information in countries other than the country where you live.

You can contact us for information about the destinations and transfer safeguards applicable to your information. A provider’s published policies do not replace any obligations we have under the privacy laws that apply to us.

How long information is kept

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer your enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry, whether the matter remains open, and any need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Technical information handled by our infrastructure is subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings and operational requirements. We do not maintain a separate analytics database or visitor-profile history for this website. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may be entitled to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Send requests to [email protected]. Please describe your request and your connection with the website or correspondence. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, and we respond within the deadlines required by applicable law.

You may also raise a complaint with the data-protection authority or regulator in your jurisdiction. Contacting us first does not limit that right.

Security

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Access to information used to operate the website and handle enquiries is limited to the relevant operational purpose. If you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused, contact us so we can investigate.

Children’s information

This company website is not designed to collect personal information from children. It has no accounts or submission forms. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action. Any age and eligibility rules for a linked product are described by that product.

Changes and contact

We update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. If we introduce new processing, we will provide the information and obtain any consent required before it begins.
